1.The model is a CNC hobbing machine with 5 axes working under CNC control.The 5CNC controller axes are as follow:radial feed of column(X-axis), axial feed of hob head(Z-axis), worktable rotation(C-axis),rotation of hob spindle(B-axis) and hob shifting(Y-axis).All the exchange gears used on old-generation machines are now replaced by the electronic gearbox of the CNC system.single head hob or multi-head hob can be utilized for high speed processing.
