Paper label

Paper labeling materials is at present the most widely adopted material among all the self adhesive labeling materials.all sorts of paper ,from the average printing paper,such as simile printing paper,art paper,mirror surface art paper,to variable information printing paper,such as thermal paper and heat transfer,and further to paper of tearing open protection and paper of anti counterfeit and so on,can be used for paper labeling materials.

PET sticker

PET is a kind of transparent chemical synthetic membrane which was developed by Dupont a long time ago.and this explains why PET is now generallycalled as MYLAY, a brand name of Dupont.

PET is transparent, high temperature resistant, cchemical erosion resistant and stable in size. Self adhesive labeling with PET membrane is generally differentiated by its out showing performance:transparency,translucency,sand blasting surface blush, white color and special black color etc. After being processed with the techniques of electroplating,, laser and special surface treatment, it can be turned into various kind of membrane for printing labeling.

PVC sticker

Because of its excellent printability and its flexibility to be either soft or hard, PVC membrane labeling has always been the most widy used plastic coating labeling.

PP sticker

In order to meet the requirements of environmental protection regulations, there is great increase in the use of pp synthetic paper. The reason why pp synthetic paper is able to meet the requirements of environmental regulations is basically that it consists of no plasticizer or excessive heavy metal, and it is innocuous and recyclable. What’s more, with the face printability of pp synthetic paper has been dramatically improved.

PE sticker

Both PE materials and PP materials belong to labeling materials which meet the environmental protection regulations. Yet, PE materials are much softer than PP materials. Because of its excellent softness, PE materials are more suitable than other materials when used for labeling materials on plastic bottles than can be squeezed. Because there wiil be no edge lifting after many times of squeezing the bottle which bears the labeling of this material.

Essentials in using adhesive labeling

1,the surface must be cleaned before using the sticker.

2,the most suitable temperature for using adhesive labeling is 20-35°C.

3,press hard and long enough when attaching the labeling to the surface, in order to avoid  bubbling and edge lifting which may be cause by uneven pressure.
