1, Q: Are your products stocked?

   A: Most of our products are stocked and available. The stocked products can be shipping in a few days after you place an order. Some products are not in stock; please contact us before you place an order.

2, Q: Do you accept custom order?

   A: Yes, we accept custom order. You can order by samples or pictures. If you sent us a picture, please enclose the detail message such as size; color & function. We will check if we can provide the best goods for you.

3, Q: Can you provide sample?

   A: Yes, if you request for a sample, of course we can provide the sample. But according to the cost of material and freight, we can not provide the sample for free. The buyer will take charge of the sample price & freight, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience we have caused.

4, Q: about the payment?

   A: As our usual practice, we accept T/T as payment, 30% deposit, 70% before delivery.

5, Q: How about the period of validity of your quotation?

   A: The expiry date of our quotation is 20 days
