5. After confirm order and samples, we'll start production procedure once receive 30% deposit payment.
6. In house printing, cutting, sewing, ironing, quality checking and packing.
7. Quality Checking, we'll send bulk order photo for approval before packing, or you can send QC agent to our factory to check.
8. QA checking and packings.
9. Order releases for shipping after receive receipt for 70% balance.
10. Any issue, please address us within two weeks after receive package. We’ll invest and consult with you for solution.

Do you charge simple fee? | Yes. We need to consider about ordering the material for your customized designs , cost on dyeing and sizing.Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples.

How much isthe samplefee and who will pay for it? | It depends on the quantity and material you need. Generally speaking ,the sample fee is among 1-100 USD . If you have an international express account, you can choose freightcollect, if not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.

How can I get the free samples?
| When your value of trade reaches 15,000 USD, you will be our VIPcustomer. And all your samples will be free, meantime the samplestime will be much shorter than normal.
