l         CSWM-61H ultrasonic water meter is designed to work on “propagation velocity difference” principle. It is a meter            working with measurement-integration-display integrated functions and micro-power consumption technology(the            lifetime of the battery is over 10 years). A flowrate as low as 0.006 m3/h can be precisely measured. It enjoys the          merits of being compact in size and high in stability and anti-interference capability.

l         Thanks to its use of ultrasonic measuring technology, the meter can be installed in different angles without being             affected in measuring accuracy. Moreover, the pressure loss of pipe flow can be reduced to a minimum

l         It is a meter specifically designed for use in households in a living quarter or sub-district.

l         Through coupling with our company’s GSM wireless data acquisition unit, the meter can carry out wireless data              transmission through GSM public network to form up a wireless monitoring system. Whenever pipe network runs           abnormally, the abnormality information can be timely reported to upper level. 

Descriptions :

CSWM-61H ultrasonic water meter is the latest innovation from Flexmeter. It employs cutting-edge technologies on ultrasonic flow measurement, digital signal processing (DSP) and surface mounting electronics. It has no moving parts, thus, is literally maintenance-free. The sensor is straight-through type, no blockage exists. This not only leads to very small pressure drop, but also allows the meter to work with both pure water and water with some solids.

With its maximum 95 °C operating temperature and nominal pressure of 1.6MPa, the technical specifications meet the standard for residential meters. The high measurement dynamic allows a load of up to double the rating, thereby ensuring high operating security.

Unlike mechanic water meter, CSWM-61H water meter has outstanding long-term stability. The performance of its sensor does not degrade over time, thus, its overall system accuracy does not degrade over time. This compact meter fits in even the smallest installation conditions and can be mounted separately from the electronics console. The meter also has an order option for remote read-out (Pulse, 4-20mA or RS485 output). The large display can be set to display flow velocity, flow total, working time, etc.
