  JFC series embroidery machine is one of the mix function model, it adopted the round barrels which tight the cap making it working on 360 degrees. And when joint the table ,by the frames, it can be easy working on the garments pieces, and the T-shirts working.it is using in home and garments, cap factories.

The main configuration of the machine as the follows:

  2.Adopt the Dahao3.7 inch or 5.7inch LCD computer. it has heavy memory capacity, and heavy designs stock capacity, can supporting the language of Chinese, English, French, Spanish, Arabic ,Portugal etc. design loading can be by USB pen driver.

  3.Using 18 mm white steel shaft, which can keep the quality of the transmission Errors when it is running .keep the working position on time .using servo motor carrying independence press foot up/down.

  4.Aluminum linear driver, with 50 mm belt keep the accuracy of the frame working.

  5.frame sets, according to useful function given, barrels device using Taiwan, Korea technology.

  6.Using good quality hook sets which keep the machine less broken, improve the embroidery quality.

  7.Using frame step motor, it can be function of without speed reduce making stitches. Increase the embroidery production.

 8.With UBW (under thread broken warning systems)SBW(surface thread broken warning systems).downside LED light to making easy bobbin changer. urgency power off device .it can be easy to protect and good convenience of the worker.
