Screw construction is specially designed for PVC powder material, through conical clusal method, conduct heterodromous rotation, speed: 1-34.7r/min

Screw material: using high quality alloy steel 38CrMoAIA, by nitriding treatment under high temperature, nitriding depth: 0.5-0.7mm, surface hardness: HV740-940

Screw core temperature control: using internal recycle device for heat conduction then control the temperature of screw core.

Barrel material: high quality alloy steel 38CrMoAlA, by nitriding treatment under high temperature, nitriding depth: 0.6-0.7mm, surface hardness ≥ HV940

Barrel temperature control system

Heating zone: aluminium casting heating ring + stainless steel shell + cooling fan

Pelletizing mold use high quality alloy steel material 38CrMoAIA, which is treated by hardening, tempering, destressing etc multi heat treatment processing, it has wear and corrosion resistance. The part connected with main machine and other structure parts are all joining by bolt, which enable it to be with reasonable structure and easy for dismounting.

Hot cutting mold hole diameter: 3mm

Mold heating has two section, mica heating ring, heating power: 4kw

Pelletizer motor power 1.1kw, blade quantity 3pcs

All parts touched with granule are made of stainless steel material, which is rust and corrosion resistance, has no pollution for products. Use secondary air, high quality fan 2pcs, motor power 4kw; 2 sets vortex separation zone are connected with air tube, transportation tube are all use stainless steel material, which will be fully cooled; Aggregate zone: is made of stainless steel material, with observation window, max. Granule capacity is 800KG; Falling material cone angle is 60 degree, pull valve, easy for package.
