2. How can I get some samples?

   We are honored to offer you samples. Normally you need to pay sample fee first, sample fee

   will be refunded once order is /confirm/ied. The samples will be ready in 3-7 days.

 

3. Can the mold charge be refunded or deducted from the payment for goods?

   As long as the order quantity is big enough, yes.

 

4. How about the lead time for mass production?

   Usually, it is about 10-18 days. Coz this will accord to your order quantity and our production 

   arrangement.

 

5. Can you do a custom logo on the products?

   Yes, we can do custom logos on products by: embossing, foil stamping, silk screening, laser

   engraving, embroidering or do metal logo plate.

 

6. How to maintain your products?

   a) Keep away from acidic or alkaline items.

   b) Avoid storing below heavy items.

   c) Do not expose to high temperature.

   d) Keep at a dry and ventilated place when not in use.

   e) Clean only with designated detergent and soft cloth.

   f) Use dry cloth to absorb damp parts and dry up naturally in a ventilated space and avoid

       high temperature exposure.

   g) Polish leather parts with professional wax; and polish metal parts regularly with antirust

       oil to avoid rusty.
