Type DXD4-2.8/1 electrolytic tin-plating machine is used to plate Tin over copper wire surface.It is researched and designed by Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute (under SECRI), especially for the production of round copper wire.
This machine is available of advantage: tinned products of good quality, tin saving,energy saving,low cost, and execllent working condition,etc. The production of this machine is semi-finished wire provided to the high speed drawing continuous annealing and take-up line for producing the finished wire or direct production of tinned products. This tin coated wire has good welding property.
It has available of receiving waste-gas, waste-water, so it is an ideal property of “non-waste” exhausting machine. The machine has power unit which is available of thyristor controlled rectifier, fault indicator, wire speed plating current follower, SCRD.C speed drive unit.
Required by customer, we can supply the bull-cell test plant by which testing the quality of the plating liquid and stannometer with full integrated circuit numeral display.
Required by customer, we can also provide the technology software of tin plating, the formula of pre-condition liquid and tin plating liquid,testing analysis etc.
