CiPiTENE,  the Top Quality of PCR-HDPE in Europe

CiPiTENE is qualified to be used for hollow bodies blow molding (single layer bottles, 2 or 3 layers co-extruded bottles, watering pots, ..), for extrusion (profiles, no pressure pipes, nets, sheets, insulating membranes, ..) and for thermoforming.

In due percentage with virgin PE, CiPiTENE can be used also for injection and for film.

CiPiTENE Melt FIow Index is 0,3 g/10' at 190°C/2,16 Kg or 1,5 g/10' at 190°C/5 Kg. Density 0,95

CiPiTENE color is light green but it can be easily colored with standard masterbatches by the Customer directly. With upcharge of the sale's price, it can be supplied also on neutral or white selected version, or in several colors too.

CiPiTENE is impurity free because it is filtered with 80 microns sieves and it has a low PP contents.

A low PP contents is very imp0rtant for the products exposed to the cold or subject to hot welding.

Thanks to special treatments, the CiPiTENE is homogeneous and stable in the time.

CiPiTENE is packed on 25 Kg plastic bags usually. A pallet (cm.110130) has 60 bags for a total of 1.500 Kg n.w. each. A truck load in Europe is 24 tons n.w.

A 20' sea-container contains 16,25 tons n.w. A 40' sea-container contains 26 tons n.w.

CiPITENE is packed also on 1.020 or 1.450 Kg big bags each.

A truck load in Russia is 19,38 ton n.w. (19 big bags of 1.020 Kg n.w. each)

A truck load in Europe is 24 ton n.w. (16 pallet of 1.450 Kg plus a bag of 800 Kg)

On request, it is possible to supply CiPiTENE on silo truck.
