Vertical single layer plastic sheet extrusion machine
Characteristics:
SD series vertical single extrusion sheet machines have been developed with modern technology. The machine includes extruder, three rollers, winder and electric control cabinet. The screws and hopper are made of alloy steel with nitrogen treatment, guarantee the strength and hardness for fine processing. The T-die with hydraulic transmission filter uses“hanger”design to ensure sheets’ smooth. The three rollers with calendaring adjust linear velocity. Good plasticization maintains the evenness of plastic sheets. Even flow maintains smooth and fine finish of plastic sheets.
It is suitable for PP,PS,PE,HIPS materials, to produce plastic sheets for the manufacturing of high quality drinking cups, jelly cups ,food boxes and other plastic containers .
