    EMM091-4 Three Components Elastomer Pouring Machine/polyurethane molding machine

     

    1. Introduction

    EMM091 series elastomer casting machine, a new kind of machine, develop on the base of  EMM087 series, has reached to the world level. EMM091series elastomer casting machine suits pours precisely two to three component PU systems,such as a prepolymer add a high melting point of the chain extender (such as MBOCA); a prepolymer plus a chain extender diols (found in MDI cast elastomer systems) or a polyol, a diisocyanate and a chain extender (one-step casting MDI, MDQ system elastomers ).

    2. Applicable Viscosity

    A (Polyols or prepolymer ): ~4000mpa.s (45°C-100°C)

    B (MDI/MDQ or prepolymer ): ~4000mpa.s (45°C-100°C)

    C (when a chain extender alcohols): ~500mpa.s (45°C)

    C (when MOCA): 10~1000mpa.s(130°C)

    3. Pouring output

    Output: 5000-25000g/min

    The pouring out will be different as result of raw materials’ density and mixing proportion.

    As the same time, the standard three-component casting machine could increase additional six injection head, according to the product needs to add color, add catalyst (customers can choose according to their own needs). The casting machine is controlled by intelligent computer.

    Each material can is installed in a separate incubator, hot air circulation heat, can ensure the tank temperature prior + / - 1.5°C. Impeller anchor type design can ensure material fully mixing. This design can avoid some of the raw material such as: excessive heating effect.

    The measurement system and filter in ovens, insulation material below.     EMM uniquely mixing head design has the following features: it can guarantee the accuracy of speed, and at a very low speed of the mixed quality of raw materials; so that the prepolymer does not cause pressure damage to properties. Made of special alloy mechanical seal system made the mixing head also could work in the high anti-pressure, while ensuring the reliability of mixed system. Unique design of the mixing chamber can be cleaned to ensure easy-to-use and thoroughness.

    4.5 Injection head

         Each injection pressure control is independent of each other, can be adjust alone pressure casting and recycling pressure. The loop injection pressure will be tested by the head of sensor, and with pressure adjusting device. This control method can avoid every time before pouring out some materials must be mixed and the uneven.

    4.6 Color/additive head injection (at most three kinds directly added)

    Injection way: independent air pressure injection

    Pigment injection unit (PDI) used to infuse liquid pigment (100-2000 mpa. S) into the mix casting. According to the needs of the users can provide different storage tanks and metering pump.

    Additive injection unit (ADI) used for into the liquid additives and catalyst directly into the mixing chamber, note in the amount adjust on the interface, easy to use. According to the needs of the users can provide different storage tanks and metering pump. In any case the user can choose up to three kinds of additives simultaneously to join
