EMM091-4 Three Components Elastomer Pouring Machine/polyurethane molding machine
- Introduction
EMM091 series elastomer casting machine, a new kind of machine, develop on the base of EMM087 series, has reached to the world level. EMM091series elastomer casting machine suits pours precisely two to three component PU systems,such as a prepolymer add a high melting point of the chain extender (such as MBOCA); a prepolymer plus a chain extender diols (found in MDI cast elastomer systems) or a polyol, a diisocyanate and a chain extender (one-step casting MDI, MDQ system elastomers ).
2. Applicable Viscosity
A (Polyols or prepolymer ): ~4000mpa.s (45°C-100°C)
B (MDI/MDQ or prepolymer ): ~4000mpa.s (45°C-100°C)
C (when a chain extender alcohols): ~500mpa.s (45°C)
C (when MOCA): 10~1000mpa.s(130°C)
3. Pouring output
Output: 5000-25000g/min
The pouring out will be different as result of raw materials’ density and mixing proportion.
As the same time, the standard three-component casting machine could increase additional six injection head, according to the product needs to add color, add catalyst (customers can choose according to their own needs). The casting machine is controlled by intelligent computer.

Each material can is installed in a separate incubator, hot air circulation heat, can ensure the tank temperature prior + / - 1.5°C. Impeller anchor type design can ensure material fully mixing. This design can avoid some of the raw material such as: excessive heating effect.
