We QC team would check the production process to ensure machine 100% qualified. Each unit would be under testing at least 4hours before packed ,and sales person will send inspection pictures for your checking .

Warranty:

12 months warranty for GTSONIC neutral ultrasonic cleaner , 18 months for Brand products .

If any technical problem during warranty time, replacement parts will be sent free of charge. Technical support is also available after warranty time.

1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for products? Generally according to the requirements of customers, sample orders could be accepted.

2. Are you accept OEM order? Yes, of course, but we have quantity requirement, please feel free to contact our sales person for details.

3. What about delivery day? Sample orders could be deliveried within 2 days; and standard products in great quantity 7 to10 days. Generally 20-30 days for customer OEM products with large quantity.

4. How about terms of payment?
