Product introduction

High quality raw silica sand is excavated selecively to ensure high content of SiO2, required grain size and low content of impurities.This is monitored and controlled by routine analysis for all sand deliveries. We process silica sand in four stages including washing,sieving,attritioning and drying to produce industrial white silica sand having an extraordinarily high purity, with 99.5wt%SiO2. The grain size ranging from 0.125 to 3.00mm and our most modern High Tech. sieving facilties can provide different size distributions for different requirements and we can tailor make as per customer's requirements.

Silica sand filter media(F10) is composed of sub-angular, hard, durable, and dense grains of predominately siliceous material. Silica sand is washed, dries, and screened to meet exacting specifications with strict adherence to quality control.

Characteristics of the product
This factory production quartz sand filter material strictly according to the water treatment with liao (CJ / 43-2005) national standard production and processing. Quartz sand is used to contain silicone material of natural quartz mineral water, crushing, screening, drying, the second. The color of white, the content of impurities, small angular, density, high mechanical strength, sewage capability is strong, filtration and flushing process in erosion resistance, chemical stability, outlet water stability, no-blockage, not agglomeration, use than sea sand long period (1-2), purify processing cycle.
