Working principle of biomass drying machine:
- 1 Biomassdrying machine have special design. For the biomassit have big moisture around 55%. sawdust aftr drying always used as the fuel, biomass,make paper etc.
- 2 The material walk into the biomass drying machine machine by conveyor through the feeder machine walk into the sawdust dryer machine. Inside the sawdust dryer machine, there have lifting plate, it can make the mateiral and heat totally contact.
- 3 And at the start and the end of the biomass drying machine, there have temperature controller, so that you can check everywher temperature inside the dryer. For the biomass drying machine. There have big moisture inside, but for our biomass drying machine, teh temperature can adjust through the transmission parts of biomass drying machine. ther have three area temperature,. and last the sawdust will come out from the discharge port of sawdust dryer machine. Then the material will be dried as you required.
