The range of CEDIT Package Dryer are low energy requirement dryer for packages, in use in most dye-houses diffirent productoin like wool, cotton, arcylic, viscone, polyester, mixed yarn etc. and very high efficiency. The CEDIT System expolits the lightly forced passage of hot air through the yarn, and through carefuly avoiding strong pressure on its fibers, eliminates migration and yellowing problems. It achieves uniformity in the final residual moisture and perfectly conditioned yarn.

CEDIT Package Dryers provided with a system of automatic adjustment of the pressure of air/flow of air, in order fort he dryer to automatically adapt these parameters to the density of cones loaded, as well as to the slight variations of density which the cones undergo during the drying process. The system allows as well a sensible  reduction in power consumption which depends also on the quantity of material inside the dryer. The air is taken form outside by a high efficiency fan (CEDIT's exclusive design) and depurated through a system of prefilters and filters (99,99 % efficiency)in order to guarantee the absance of impurities or dust. This fitler also enables to reach excellent results with the driyng of light shadows.

CEDIT Package Dryers have been developed to the application of the latest Technologies aiming at providing maximum  thermal  efficiency withminimum power utilization, in full respect of optimal drying parameters (colours-tempereture-speed)

Automatic system for fixing the caps, allows the closing off all the spindles of trolleys inside the dryer, reducing dractically work labour and guarantees the tightness during the whole cycle, even when the yarn tends to slightly reduce its volume while driyng. Doors are opening vertically and designed slightly area consumption in plants.
