Triple sensor system enables us to monitor both top and bottom board temperature while adjusting the internal heater temperature.
Multi-Point board holder. Secure fit for various board sizes and shapes. Effectively minimizes BGA balls shorting together due to board warping.
Programmable 6 segment reworking profile. Set and store the desired duration and temperature to ensure high success rate for repetitive reworks.
Pre-Heater is compatible with hot air or Infra-red style top heaters.
Compatible with Lead free solder, RoHS compliant, CE and ESD Safe equipment.
