,Technical description and configuration.

A620 Anchor drilling rig consists of hydraulic undercarriage, adjustable upper part, variable device and track, single rotation head and double-layer Kelly bar.

1,Undercarriage

This undercarriage consists of hydraulic tracking device and left-right beam, etc. The main components are walking speed-reducer, motor, driving wheel, guide wheel and tightening device, track, support wheel. The hydraulic system support the oil to walking motors, which drives the driving wheel through walking speed reducer; which can make the whole truck system forward, reverse, left-turn, right-turn and go round and round.

2,Upper Part

It consists of upper platform, hydraulic oil tank, fuel tank, radiation system, engine and its accessories, hydraulic components. WEICHAI DEUTZ engine is the power source for the whole machine, the mechanical power is transformed to hydraulic power through Rexroth hydraulic pump and the power is distributed to the execution component through main valve, then it is changed to mechanical power again through motor and speed reducer. It connects the track chassis and support device. Through the adjustment of hydraulic cylinders, the angle of the undercarriage can be changed for adjustment of gravity.

3,Variable device and slide track

This device connects the upper part and rotation head and Kelly bar. It consists of hydraulic cylinder, boom, track support. Through the adjustment of planar four-bar linkage, the working angle of rotation head and Kelly bar can be changed, make the rig capable of left, right, forward, down movements. The guide linkage of the slide track connects the rotation head and transfers the power from hydraulic cylinder to the rotation, which enables the pressuring and dragging movements of rotation.

4,Rotation Head

Rotation head is the most important device, which consists of speed-reduce box, support and motor. The power from the hydraulic motor is transferred to Kelly bar through splined sleeve, this drives the Kelly bar. At the same time, the low torque from the hydraulic motor is transferred to Kelly bar by splined sleeve through speed-reduction box, this enables the Kelly bar to do big torque movements.

5,Hydraulic system

Hydraulic system is the power source for the power transfer carrier of this anchor drilling rig. The power from engine is transferred to different power for different parts through hydraulic pump and controls all the movements of different components.

This hydraulic system adopts the Load-sensor variable system, the output of flow rate from the pump can conforms to the different requirements of different components, and enables the best power match in different working conditions, avoiding power waste. Main control line adopts the pilot control, which is labour-saving, accurate, agile and easy to control, and the main pump has the constant power protection, avoiding the flameout when load changes suddenly. Independent radiation system is adopted, which makes the heat balance more reasonable. Pump, motor, valve, hose and fittings are imported products, which ensure the stability of this system.

6,Electrical system

Electrical system is 24V single-line, negative pole connected to the machine. It consists of battery, starter, alternator, sensor and motor. Engine control and inspection can be seen on the display.
