Application Scope:
HFZJ800 Combined warping-sizing machine, is a high performance preparatory machine to weaving lines, can meet complicated sizing processing demands for cotton, wool, hemp and blended fabrics. Combining warping and sizing processing on one machine, it has functions of both type of machines to produce yarn beams in one processing directly, especially suitable for small orders and multi-yarn varieties production as well as test warping and sizing of new products. It advantages in low covering yarn, complete size film, quick in changing yarn type, high efficiency, good quality, materials-saving, short in processing and low cost.
This machine is versatile facility with wide applicability for yarn dyed, wool, hemp and silk fabric, fit for handling yarns from fine count high density to coarse count low density and even fine yarn low density.
Fully computerized control, resonable design, tight structure, advanced technology, steady and reliable performance, can be completed with various types of rapier, gripper and air-jet looms.

7.Actively synchronistical yarn feeding, speed adjustment automation, high yarn gripping from drying can, convenient for controlling warp yarn drafting rate.
8.Closed loop control system, yarn tension is measured and adjusted automatically to ensure constant yarn tension.
9.Auto-monitoring of whole warping process, ensure the whole system always running at optimum condition, perfect yarn forming, even density, good quality, steady and even beaming tension.
10.Guide rail and infrared raster available for guarantee safety of beaming operation.
11.Closed infrared broken end stop motion device, flexible action, broken yarn information indication.
