Operation Principle

1. Application:Fried coffee beans

2. Materials: 2 rolls of filtering paper a roll of aluminizing laminated film or pure aluminum laminated film.

3. 0peration:

Put the package films to the fixed position,threading it correctly ,and then grinding the coffee beans into the powder

→Turn on the powder

→Preheat it then press the “stable” button.

→Turn on the machine

→Powder starts working, conveying the coffee power to volume measuring tank.when the coffee power are detected to much in the tank by transducer,the pulverizer will stop,while not full,it will keep working.

→Measurement turnplate moves intermittently

→Coffee powders fall into the measurement cup

→Measurement turnplate still moves intermittently

→The scraper flat the measurement cup

→Measurement turnplate moves intermittently

→Coffee powder is compressed into cylinder-shape by Compress device

→Measurement turnplate moves intermittently

→Offarm push the compressed cylinder to the moulding device(filter papers is above the moulding device)

→Packing filter paper is attached to the surface of cylinder-shape coffee

→Down mould move intermittently

→Heat-seal mould is hot sealing the filter paper

→Down mould keep moving intermittently

→The coffee was stamped into pod and fall into the guide chute of outer-bag packaging machine

→Material detection of Outer-bag packaging machine induct the coffee pod

→Outer-bag packaging machine recycle 

→Coffee pod drop out
