HT-G16 series filling machine adopts advanced industrial computer control system, integrated with unscramble bottle machine, filling equipment, inner/outer cover machine, screw cap machine and other equipment, mainly used for bottled cosmetics cream automation filling, has realized complete automation of unscramble bottle, material filling, cover, screw cap, etc..The machine shell adopts 304 stainless steel, reasonable design, simple operation, convenient maintenance, can greatly save manpower cost.

Work flow: Bottle distributing, Feeding bottle → Filling → Automatic cover → Automatic screw cap → Labelling → Spraying code → manual encasement → Tape sealing → storage
