Lithium Bromode Absorption Chiller (Single or Double effect)

There are several kinds of absorption chiller, say hot water absorption chiller, steam operated one, direct fired one, and flue gas fired one and etc.

1.Hot water absorption chiller(Model: RXZ-)

1). Cooling capacity: 11.5Kw (min.) and above(the max. is customized)

2). Refrigerator: Water

3). Absorber: Lithium bromide solution
4). Inhibitor: Lithium chromate or Lithium molybdate 

5). Inlet/Outlet temp: Customized

6). The unit includes control cabinet, vacuum pump, and Libr solution.

7). The unit with the cooling capacity above 115Kw will  the automatic pumping device.

8). This kind of unit can use hot water from solar collector to make cool.

9). Normally it is single effect type, and it will be double effect when hot water is up to 160C.

2. Steam operated absorption chiller(Model: SXZ- or XZ-)

1). Cooling capacity:58Kw(min.) and above(the max. is customized)
2). Refrigerator: Water

3). Absorber: Lithium bromide solution

4). Inhibitor: Lithium chromate or Lithium molybdate

5). Inlet steam pressure(gauge): 0.1Mpa, 0.4Mpa, 0.6Mpa or 0.8Mpa

6). It is single effect type when the pressure is 0.1Mpa (model: XZ-), and it is double effect type for others (model: SXZ-).

7). The unit includes control cabinet, vacuum pump, and Libr solution.

3. Direct fired absorption chiller(Model: ZX-)

1) Cooling capacity: 58Kw(min.) and above (the max. is customized)

2) Refrigerator:Water

3). Absorber: Lithium bromide solution

4). Inhibitor: Lithium chromate or Lithium molybdate

5). Fuel: natural gas or diesel oil or bioenergy

6). It is double effect type.

7). The unit includes control cabinet, vacuum pump, and Libr solution.

4. Flue gas fired absorption chiller(Model:YQR-)

 1). Cooling capacity:58Kw(min.) and above (the max. is customized)

 2). Refrigerator: Water

 3). Absorber: Lithium bromide solution

 4). Inhibitor: Lithium chromdate or Lithium molybdate

 5). Fuel: flue gas

 6). Normally, it is single effect type, and it could be double effect when flue gas is up to 300C and above.

 Worthily mentioned. for smaller type unit, we can supply integrated unit, which includes not only absorption chiller, but also cooling water tower, chilled water pump, cooling water pump, adjusting valve, filters and the protective cabinet. Besides, all parts are packed in the cabinet, except cooling water tower.
