1. To choose standard size, please kindly indicate the US, UK or Europe Size standard clearly; To make custom made size, it is better to have others to measure for you, but if you both do not know how to measure yourself exactly, please ask tailor to help you to measure it carefully. 

2. If the dress is not the size you ordered, please make sure first there is no problem with the measurements you have provided is right. You should measure the dress first, please make note one inches is acceptable difference; but if the dress is differ from the size more than tow inches we encourage you to the local tailor to adjust it, and we will gladly reimburse the full cost of tailoring cost. We will refund you this cost by see the receipt from your tailor. 

3. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you see. 

4. We will refund you for items returned within 2 days of you receiving them, for our fault. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging. 

5. There will be US$30.0 extra cost for plus size or complicated changing design service on the mode.
