HOW TO MEASURE:

1. YOUR BAND MEASUREMENT

Standing in front of a mirror, wearing a non-padded bra and using a soft measuring tape, bring the tape across your back at band level, under each arm, around the front and measure just above the bust (a good guide is wher your bra strap meets the bra).

TIP: Odd number? Round down to the nearest even number.

2. YOUR BUST MEASUREMENT

Measure completely around the fullest part of the bust being careful that the tape isn't too tight and binding or too loose and pulled away from the body. With the tape in position, take a breath in and out, allowing it to slide to its most comfortable fit.

TIP: lf the measurement falls on the half inch, round up!

3. GET YOUR BRA SIZE

Subtract your band measurement (step 1) from your cup measurement (step 2). Generally, for each inch in difference, the cup goes up by one size. See the cup size conversion chart below.

Example:
Step 1: 36" band size
Step 2: 39" bust measurement
Step 3: 39" - 36" = 3" or C Cup Size
Your Size is probably a 36C

The result would be YOUR REGULAR BRA SIZE.

If the difference is

less than 1 inch to 1 inch = A cup

2 inches = B cup
3 inches = C cup
4 inches = D cup
5 inches = DD cup

The cup size calculation starts falling apart at 4 inches larger than your band size, and if you have droopy or pendulous breasts, your measurement will not be accurate.

4. Evolution Bra Size

Because the Bra will provide you with built-in graduated padding and the option of extra push up in the cups, you should go to the next cup size in order to obtain the best fitting.

For example:

If you are a size 34(A), you may go to the 34(B) cup size.
The band size (34) should stay the same.

While this method is generally reliable, every woman's figure is different and results may vary slightly. We recommend that you try several sizes and styles to find the fit that works best for you.

Tips:
You should take your measurements while you are wearing a non-padded underwire bra or a tight-fitting seamless T.

Because standard band sizes are even numbers only, if you have an odd-numbered band size, you may need to go up or down a size depending on how you like your bra to fit.
