A1: Check the cable connector between the indoor unit and outdoor unit loose or not, check the cable damaged or not. If the connector is loosing, it will be ok to lock it. If the cable is damaged, please contact the seller to repair.
Q2:Why the screen appears "no memory card" or "no micro sd card",no photo or video to take when pressing bell button?
A2: Turn off the unit, insert the SD card, then, turn on the unit.
Q3: why the picture on the screen of death, the picture can’t be updated?
A3: The problem is usually because the cable connector loose and shake. Shut down and re-fastening the cable, then turn on the unit again. If the unit can not shut down properly, reboot through cutting power off.
Q4: Why press the doorbell, but not ring?
A4: Check the menu settings "Do Not Disturb" is enabled. "Do Not Disturb" is set to "OFF", ringer is turned off. When set to "ON", ringtones can play normally.
