GFRC Material:

Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete (short for GFRC) is one of the most versatile building materials available to architects and engineers. Composed principally of cement, sand and special alkali resistant (AR) glass fibres, GFRC is a thin, high strength concrete with many applications in construction.

All the materials used are name brand materials and pass tests by authority. We hope we can be an example in the industry, and we are willing to create brilliant achievements in this field together with parties from the same trade.     

Cement---Portland Cement in accord with ASTM C150   

Fiberglass---Alkali resistant fiberglass with high zirconia content is designed for concrete use.  Minimum content of zirconia is 16%, 25-50mm in length, in accord with PCI-MNL-130    

Silicon sand---washed and dried, clean and not adhere to each other. Meet requirements of GRCA standard: with maximum 1% of soluble salt, SiO2>96%, Cl- ion ≤600ppm, maximum 0.5% ignition loss. All find articles shall pass 1.2mm sieve. For 0.15mm sieve, pass rate shall not exceed 10%.     

Cast-in---Shall meet requirements of ASTM A1011 or A1008. Yield strength shall comply with the requirement of minimum and maximum value.     

Additive---Shall meet requirements of Type A, B, D, F and G in ASTM C494 or requirements of ASTM C260; meta Kaolin and other materials shall meet ASTM C618; Stains shall be stable under high temperature and alkali assistant, won’t affect curing and strength; colored paints and white paint shall meet ASTM C979; it’s ok to apply polymer curing agent instead of water in accord with PCI-MNL-130.

Moisture Resistant : GFRC will not rot,disintegrate or swell when expose to water,excellent for external cladding application.

Strength : Higher compressive and tensile strength,impact resistance.

Fire Resistance Performance: Made of minerals that would not burn and can provide fire protection to the materials that covers.

Environmental Friendly: Lightweight and durable,GFRC is designed to be long lasting.
