Q1: How many bundles for a full head?
A: Without seeing your hair its very hard to suggest an exact amount, here is a general guide of how many extensions are required. For 100gram hair weft, 8"-12":2bundles,14"-20":3bundles,22"-40":4bundles or more.
Q2: What is virgin hair?
A : Virgin hair is not processed in any way. It is 100% natural, so there is no damage to the cuticles. All if the virgin hair is remy. So all the cuticles run in the same direction to prevent the hair from tangling.
Q3: Can They Be Coloured?
You can tone or colour your hair extensions darker to blend with your natural hair. We do not recommend to colour your hair extensions frequently as this will cause unwanted damage.
Q4: Can They Be Straightened?
Yes the extensions can be straightened and curled. We suggest using a protective spray. You should only use up to 140 degrees on any extensions. If you do use higher heat the hair will require further treatment to maintain healthy extensions and prevent extensive damage.
Q5.Can I See the hair ?
Yes, if you want see the our hair, pls contact us by mail , we will arrange proper time , then you could see real hair by video.
Q6. Is there any Customs tax?
Usually we will put low amount in the invoice to avoid Custom tax, but due to different policy in different countries (especially in South America and Africa), there might be some Custom tax which is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer. You could leave a msg when placing order about how much you want us to put on the invoice.
