Q1: Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?

A1: Sure. We can make OEM and ODM items for you as long as you can tell us your idea or provide pictures.

Sample time is about 7-10 days.

Sample fee is charged according to your design.

The sample fee would be returned after order placed.

Q2: How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A2: After price /confirm/iation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

Q3:Can we have our Logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

A3: Sure. Your Logo can be putted on our products by sticker or hangtag 

And if you want your Logo and company name to be printed on the cartons for the products you can send us the artwork by email.

Q4: Can you provide me your products catalogue?

A4: We have thousands of products, including garden decoration, metal crafts, home decoration, garden furniture, holiday gifts and decoration. Please kindly tell me which kind of items you prefer to and provide me more information. Then I can recommend to you accordingly.

Q5: How about your quality guarantee?

A5: We’re 100% responsible for damage of full container goods if it’s caused by our improper package

Q6: How to do if I can’t reach your minimum order quantity or a full container?

A6: We suggest you asking whether the products are in stock if you can’t reach our MOQ. Meanwhile, usually it will cause extra $350 handling charge if shipment is less than $8000. 

Q7: Can you arrange the shipment for us?

A7:Yes, we can always get the best price for you for the shipment. For small quantity, except the express delivery by air, we can provide door-to-door service. Please check our door-to-door price.

Q8: We find suppliers who can give us better price than yours, how can you explain this?

A8:We are open mind on the price, we can not be sure our price is the lowest price, but we can be sure our price is the most cost-effective price you can earn more if you buy from us. Our products are all in nice quality, you can make more profit when you sell it, and also the high quality can get reputation for you. You can always get good comments from your customers.

Q9: Could you provide related certifications for your products?

A9:Yes , our products can through the SGS, BSCI, REACH, EN71-3 inspect.

Q10: Shall we make some change on your exist product?
A10: Yes, it is no problem to change the product, please inform the details you want to change.
