   A:It's wireless remote controlled,150-200M remote range.Range can be increased by repeater.

2.Q:What's this system used for?

   A:It's used for guests in restaurant/bar/hotel/cafe,etc,to call waiter for offering service,NOT for calling guests to get food when their order is ready.

      Guests can sit and call waiter to offer service at the table,don't need to walk to service counter or shout at waiters for orders.

3.Q:How many tables can one display control?

   A: 35pcs tables.

4.Q:How can the guests order foods/drink/bill?

   A:Guests just need to press the table calling pager on his table to call waiter/waitress for ordering foods/drink/bill.

5:Q:How can the mall manager know which table is calling for service?

   A:The manager can know which table is calling for service by seeing which number on the display is flashing.Meanwhile the display can sound music upon guest calling pagers for attention.

6.Q:How can the manager know what kind of service the guest is calling for?

   A:based on the flashing color of table number on the display,the manager can know what kind of service the guest is calling.We set the service kind to be color coded:

     "RED" to "ORDER" button

     "YELLOW" to "DRINK" button

     "GREEN" to "BILL" button

7.Q:If there are more than one tables are calling,will the manager miss any calling?

   A:The manager won't miss any calling from any table,as multi numbers can flash at the same time.Also digital radio frequency can guarantee each calling pager won't interfere with each other.

8.Q:How can the service be cancelled?

   A:Guests can press the "CANCEL" button on his table calling pager to cancel their service calling.

9.Q:How to clear the service calling after service is offered to guests?

   A:Two methods available,

      One,waiter/waitress presses the "CANCLE" button on calling pager at guest's table.

      Two,the manager can press the table number button on "CANCEL REMOTE CONTROL".

10.Q:How many pieces of musics optional for display?

     A:9pcs musics in total.Also MUTE mode available for display.
