Body&Cabinet:1.0mm thick high quality cold-rolled steel.All parts are made by mould.Joint parts were grinded,polished and then become very smooth without burr.Surface with acid wash, parkerising,  spraying with electrostatic epoxy resin powder. The advantages are high temperature curing, resistance to acid and alkali, moistureproof, rust-proof,and can be used for long period.

4.Doors: 1.0mm thick high quality cold-rolled steel.  Doube  buckle Inside and outside with sound-proofing material.The upper doors are set with transparent glasses(220*640*4MM). All parts are made by mould.Joint parts were grinded,polished and then become very smooth without burr.Surface with acid wash, parkerising,  spraying with electrostatic epoxy resin powder. The advantages are high temperature curing, resistance to acid and alkali, moistureproof, rust-proof, and can be used for long period;

5. Orifice plate: We use compacts of 4mm thick and punch the holes according to the  container's size. 

6. Tray: reinforce glass plastic,use to pick up the dro waters come out of household utensils in order to keep dry, clean of the cabinet.

7. Handle: a. C shape alloy plating chromium, nice looking 

                  b.indent aluminum alloy handle

                  c.aluminum alloy handle molded, surface  

  with chemical treatment, anti-corrosion, nice looking

8.Hinge: self-closed style, no noise, can open to 90/105/175 degree, nice appearance, anti-corrosion, can be long time use.

9. Adjustable foot: stainless steel, good bear performance, resistant to moisture, anti-corrosion, anti-slip, anti-bacteria. Adjustable height: 30-50mm
