Night Fishing LED Light

Working Principle:

   Within minutes,microscopic creatures called zooplankton begin to home in on the green lightsource, very much the way insects are drawn to outdoor lighting. Small fishsoon follow, attracted by the zooplankton. Each link in the food chain is followed by the next, over minutes andhours.

  The water around the light will actuallybecome foggy with the swirling masses of copepods, small shrimp, and othermicroorganisms. Large baitfish schools (species dependent on location) willactually learn the location of the light and show up night after night to feed.

  This behavior is mimicked by predator fishwho soon learn that easy meals can be found in the shadows surrounding theglow. Within a few weeks, your dock will be a regular feeding station for thelocal fish populations.

  All this unfolds right before your eyes, andfrom the comfort of your own home. Watch as predatory fish slash their waythrough schools of baitfish, or suck shrimp from the surface right in front of you.

LED vs Incandescent and CFL(CompactFluorescent Lamp) lamps

There is nodoubt LED's are the next generation of lighting. LED technology is improvingdaily and we are adding more LED lights to our product line up in the very nearfuture.

LED Advantages Include:

Long-lasting - LED bulbs lastup to 10 times as long as compact fluorescent lights, and far longer thantypical incandescent light bulbs you are use to using.

Durable - Since LEDs donot have a filament, they are not damaged under circumstances when a regularincandescent bulb would be broken. Because they are solid, LED bulbs hold upwell to jarring and bumping.

More Efficient - LED light bulbsuse only 6-36 watts of electricity(1/3rd to 1/30th of Incandescent or CFL).

Mercury-Free - No mercury isused in the manufacturing of LEDs.

Color Temperature - When you seeterms like "soft white" and "daylight", you are reallyhearing about the color temperature. For white lights it effectively tells youwhether the light tends toward yellow on the low end or blue on the high end. Astandard incandescent bulb is normally in the 3200K range while"Daylight" CFL lamps are in the 6500K range. Our "WhiteLED" lamps are in the 8000K to 8500K range which makes them a much whiterlight than their counterpart halogen lights. While the "Lumen's"rating on the halogen lights are higher than the LED lights, the color makes upfor the difference in lumen's.
