Wireless Remote Gas Meter Series

The wireless remote gas meter is a new type intelligent meter with an added function of remote control on the basis of ordinary gas meter, which enables the gas companies not only to monitor and control the meters (For example: charging management and shut down forcibly)but also accurately count the gap between total gas supply and gas consumption, so as to improve the digitalized, fine and modernized management of the gas companies. All the diaphragm gas meters have their relative wireless remote meter product model, with direct-reading technology, built-in wireless antenna remote technology, solar auxiliary power supply and other advanced patented technologies.

Construction of the System

The system consists of computer managing system, transmission system (Including Handheld meter reading, collector, and concentrator.) and wireless remote gas meter.

Computer management system is the core of controlling, including the management of user’s information, charging according to meter reading, alarm of gas meter and data query.

Transmission system is the bridge to connect gas meter and control center, and the data is transmitted by handling reading meter or collector/concentrator, among them the handling reading has the function of management and control, which is quite flexible.

The wireless remote meter consists of base meter, flow signal acquisition module, data transmission module, valve control module, the central control module, and combines set measurement, control, communications, and other functions into one, which is the basic unit of intelligent wireless transmission.

System Advantages

Wired meter adapts our own patented direct-reading transducer technology with highly accurate identification. Usually it is not powered, and the meter identification conversion can be completed when powered during meter-reading.

Power line carrier remote meter, adapts a spread-spectrum communication technology with strong anti-interference, and can be recycled to transcribe.

Wireless remote meter introduces an advanced wireless transmission chip with strong ability of signals to through walls, high receiver sensitivity and open distance can be as far as 1000 meters or more.

All models remote meters are equipped with built-in valve to facilitate gas company control of delinquent customers.

The network is powerful, with flexible networking modes and simple construction.

It is equipped with advanced smart-phone meter reading system functions with perfect system function and the operation is quite simple.

Management Control Center software is fully functional, different meters are equipped with management protocol standard, which is compatible with ordinary gas meter and IC card gas meter.

Product Features

We use the advanced gas meter designed and manufactured by our own company as the base table. It is of small size, light weight, large flow range, accurate measurement, high sensitivity, safety and reliability, long life and other advantages.

With the advanced electronic control, data transmission technology, perfect meter reading equipment and user data management software, meter reading can be undertaken through concentrated reading at buildings by on-spot manual work as well as be achieved meter reading automation and data processing automation through its subsidiary reading system.

The popularity and the stability are greatly enhanced due to the in-built motor valve of self-patented technology, the use of advanced data encryption security and communication protocols, the first introduction of solar panels on the gas meter as an auxiliary power supply components, advanced gas sensing technology, high-quality electronic components and mechanical parts, the improved production process and so on.

Basic functions

Mechanical counter shows the cumulative gas consumption: 00000.000 m3~ 99999.999 m3.

In-built solar panels are equipped with three ordinary AA batteries or built-in lithium batteries as option.

Antimagnetic protection: When the magnetic is near the table with an attempt to interfere with the counting, the valves will automatically shut down and record data.

Wireless remote: Wireless transmission table number, user number, the cumulative amount of the remaining amount, data state and so on.

Wireless control: Control the implementation of the enforcement to shutting down through the wireless handsets.  

Performance for batch reading: Realize the automation of remote overall meter reading with wireless acquisition, wireless routers.

Low battery indicator: If the battery is running low, the red lights on the gas surface plate will flash to remind the replacement of the battery.

Extended functionality

Flow restrictions: The valve will be automatically closed if the flow is over the set flow restrictions.

Burglar alarm: Automatically close the valve and record the data if being illegally deassembled.

Arrearage valve off: If it arrears more than the designated gas, the valve will be automatically closed.

The timeout valve off: If it exceeds a set cycled meter reading, the valve will be automatically closed.
