Ultrasonic Washing Equipment 

It is a special equipment for medical devices, combining with the advantages of domestic and foreign washing   trades.

The structure of the equipment is compact and reasonable. It can be jointed with grinder, and also can be   used separately. Its appearance is excellent. The worktable and the baking channel are both made of high-quality stainless steel. Its transmission is smooth and reliable. The transmission belt is made of the stainless steel mesh belt with special techniques. It has a long service life and can be minded. The speed can be adjusted (converter governor).

The ultrasonic washing adopts upper and lower radiant technology, adding ultrasonic power and ultrasonic field length to make washing effects more remarkable. Baking adopts cycling hot-wind. The temperature of the baking channel can be auto controlled to save energy. Washing and baking can be finished once to reduce production process. The work pieces can be wrapped directly.

1.For failure or damage occurring during the warranty period when the device is used under normal conditions, we are responsible for the repair or replacement.

2.We supply the service of sending professional installation and commission on customers site for customers' requirement. The cost need to be discussed.

3.We supply the service of trainning operators online or in our plant ( excluding transportation and accommodation costs ).

4.After the warranty, we are only responsible for the cost of damage components and freight cost. If  service on customer site is needed, customers should pay for the transportation and accommodation costs.

5.Fast response will be within 12 hours upon receiving customers' complaint.
