   The selecion of the filter medium is very important, which is related to whether the equipment could achieve to the optimal using effect and whether the cutting coolant could meet the processing requirements, it is the best key to life.

   We offer a variety of filter precision from 7micron to 100micron, using for Vacuum filter, Hydraulic filter, Flat bed filter etc..

    We can cut filter consumables, the dimension customized against client's requirement, paper rolls can be made specifications, minimum 380mm, maximum diameter of 2600mm.

    There are many rolls and a variety of paper tube diameter, filter thickness 0.10-0.49mm, weight 18-82gsm.

   Filter consumables selection as important as filter devices. Filter supplies of raw materials generally include polypropylene, polyester, polypropylene, rayon, polyester-cellulose mixture.

   Filter paper wet tensile strength is important, in working condition it should have sufficient strength to pull its own weight, covering the surface of the cake weight and the friction with the chain.

    When you selec the filter paper, the necessary filter precision to achieve, the specific types of filtration equipment, coolant temperature, pH, etc. must be considered.

    Filter paper must ensure that exist no interface, otherwise it will lead to the leakage of impurities easily.

   Filter paper should be of uniform thickness, fiber vertical and horizontal distribution.

Filter Characteristics:

1. Large tensile strength, small variation coefficient, then we could adopt advanced technology, molding reinforced, so that increased tensile strength, stability, and maintain using the same initial strength and using intensity.

2.  High filter precision, high efficiency, then we could use polyester fibers and polyethylene polymer film composition, so as to meet user-specified precision.

3.  Filter paper should not be corrupted, and should not change the chemical nature also, it can be used in the range of -40 - 120 degree.

4.  Filter paper can withstand mechanical forces and temperature, the wet breaking strength could not lower.

5.  Requiring greater porosity and throughput, lower filtration resistance, and also requiring higher sink capacity, which could improve the filter efficiency, extend life, reduce the consumption of filter and reduce filtration costs.
