The flat trench roller guide with 140mm aluminium roller,it made by steel structure welded,the frame use steel plate by CNC cutting and seamless steel pipe,surface treatment by zinc plating,fit with aluminum casting
roller,the roller by precision lathe,so ensure the surface are smooth,the roller fitted with two precision deep
groove ball bearing,the bearing both side have rubber seals to effectively resist dust,we use Grade 8.8 Hex bolts and Hex locknut to mounted the rollers on the frame.
The roller guide for cable laying works, it will be put underground of Cable channel, when laying the cable,let
cable through the roller guide,let the cable smooth and easy to pull,and protect the cable surface.
