GMG-205B/C 5kW/2450MHz Microwave Generator System Overview
The high stability microwave generator of GMG-205B/C featured with high control accuracy, good reliability and simple operation, is controlled by intelligent chip after user sets its parameters. Malfunctions are prevented effectively by the interlocking system control mode, which ensures the system work normally and safely, through the perfect guarantee policy to abnormal conditions such as circulating water, temperature and power supply. External interlocking control interface is also provided to protect operation personnel and load. In addition, separate structure between control enclosure and power head is convenient for connection of different types of microwave reaction chamber or cavity.
Knobs and buttons are used to control start-up, shutdown and microwave power settings in GMG-205B generator, the panel of which is also equipped with two 4-digit displays showing output power and reflected power of microwave. That makes the manipulation simple, and the working status clear.
Touch panel controller (TPC) in GMG-205C generator is designed to provide two working modes, the manual mode (simple operation mode) and the program mode.
