1.What is the product size and structure?

We can be your 100% OEM service supplier, all products can be customized as details provided. If you have questions about the measurements and structure on your products, the various packing suggestions will be offered to you from our professional designers.

2.Are you able to do design for my products?

We could help add your company information or your own creative ideas into the artwork, and let you get the best design from material selection to surface treatment. All we do is to assist customer amend their design more than best.

3.When can I get the quotation?

The quotation will be offered within 24 hours after getting your detailed request. If you have urgent inquiry, please call us or mark it via E-mail, then we will make it into priority list.

4.Can I get a sample?

Sure, on some stock items. A nominal overseas shipping charge, however, will apply. Blank Samples based on your artwork and packaging need are available.

5.How long is the lead time for samples making and bulk production?

Normally we need 3-6 days for samples making, 20-30 days to complete your orders, but the delivery time varied by the order QTY.

6.How can I monitor the quality on mass production stage?

The mass production will only proceed after you confirmed pre-production samples. Progress report will be given as you request. QC will monitor each process to ensure the quality. Inspectors are welcome before delivery.
