• 1,Introduction

Drums all use  spcc cold rolled steel , 

SPCC Cold Rolled Steel raw materials for the steel drums, barrels can be simply 

divided into two categories :

                                                                                                     closed and open barrels 

There are two drums of capacity, are 200L and 208L, in china, they are collectively referred 

to as 200L paint bucket, regular height is 895mm (height can be adjusted according to customer

 requirements), the diameter is 560mm (200L) and 571mm respectively (208L).

According drums production process, there are closed paint bucket, paint bucket opening,  galvanized bucket, phosphate barrels, buckets painted in the chemical level, within the food-grade coated barrel.

Drums appearance can be sprayed into a variety of national standard colors, drums   

appearance can print logo according to customer requirements.

    Factory now has a fully automated production line of steel drums, single-line production capacity will reach 800,000, the full load capacity of 1.6 million.

        driver for each archives qualification examination and registration;

3 .Draw up drums transport packaging standards, requirements for vehicle safety   

      performance, barrels packaging with clear requirements;

4 .Vehicles checked regularly according to security standards, identify problems and timely rectification;

5 . Monthly assessment of the carriers to improve their service capabilities
