Function
China Haiers linear cutter stapler is used for side-to-side anastomosis and functional end-to-end anastomosis, Biluo I and II style, right hemicolectomy, lung volume reduction, colorectal resection of J type, pulmonary lobectomy, pulmonary wedge resection, and pediatric giant colonic resection.
Usage
The type of linear cutter stapler is available in sizes ranging from 55mm to 100mm (effective length of the anastomosis and transaction). Two staples heights are available for each size of the stapler, which facilitateanastomosing of thick and thin tissues.
The linear cutter stapler is loaded with two doubles staggered row of titanium staples and simultaneously cuts and divides tissue between the two double rows. Sharp knife is built into the stapler body. The stapler can be easily operated by complete squeeze of the handles followed by shifting of side knob forth and back. Built-in cam, distance pin and precise closing mechanism co-work to facilitate parallel jaws closing followed by proper staples formation. The effective length of anastomosis and transaction is defined by the size of selected stapler.
