PACKING Typical packing of leather gloves includes: One Pair in one polybag, with one silica-gel drier if needed; 10 - 20 pairs per one inner box or big polybag if needed; 80 - 120 pairs per carton, or according to your requirements. As per specific requirement, we can also provide gift box, carton board inside gloves, hangerhook and/or so on..

8. FAQs Q: Are you factory or trading company? A: We are factory producing only leather gloves.  Q: Do you supply other products than leather gloves? A: According to some of our client’s request, we also developed woven scarves. This is because our Deqing County is production base of woven scarves as well. Our scarves are with very competitive prices, though not produced by ourselves.  Q: What kinds of gloves do you make? A: We make all kinds of dress / warm / winter leather gloves, mittens, driver gloves and some horse riding gloves. Leather gloves with fabric patches / knit parts, or fabric / knit gloves with leather patches are also available.  Q: What kinds of skin do you use? A: Skins like woolsheep skin, hairsheep skin, lamb skin, goat skin, goat suede/split, pig suede/split, pig skin, deer skin, deer suede and cow nubuck are available.  Q: wher are the skins from? A: From Ethiopia, England, Italy, India and domestic China.  Q: What is your MOQ? A: Actually, there is no MOQ limitation. It’s only that, for small quantity, the price is a little higher. Usually, we would prefer order quantity above 500 pairs, and 1,000 pairs is even better.  Q: What is your lead time for samples? A: It’s 1-7 days, depending on specific styles; for styles which need custom made accessories or leather, it’s longer; for basic & simple styles, it could be just as quick as 1 or 2 days.  Q: What is your lead time for bulk production? A: Normally it is 30-60 days, just like other factories. Sometimes when leather / accessories are in ready stocklot, delivery could be very soon. Europe has always been our most important market. about 60-70% of our products are exported to Europe, like Sweden, Norway, Finland and Germany. We can also ask our tannery to make skins fulfill our client’s specific requirement, like chrome-free tanning.  Q: What is your capacity? A: about 400,000 pairs per year currently.  Q: Do you have certification of BSCI? A: Unfortunately we have not been audited for BSCI.  Q: Are you willing to receive an audit for BSCI? A: Yes. We have noticed that, more and more customers are requiring their factories to pass BSCI audit. We would also like to pass BSCI audit. So if you have such requirement, we are willing to improve our management for BSCI.
