 1. Packing

• Standard packing: 300ml PET bottle, water-proof label
• OEM packing: you can choose suitable bottles based on your designing. we can also provide designing service for you.

• Air or vessel shpping is ok. we can handle whole procedure of exporting declaration.
• We keep good business relationship with many express forwarders such as DHL and HKEMS, we can get much lower express freight and much better custom clearing capability.

• We accept small order such as 500pcs even less

• We provide free small samples but freight need to be colleted.
• Samples more than 10 pcs need to be charged.

1. Do you accept OEM/private lable?

We are a professional company that provide product R&D, product manufacturing, packing designing, formula adjustment, marketing suggestion etc. We provide the finished goods, you just need to sign the express form and put your goods on your display rack.

2. Are your products effective and safe?

We choose safe materials and could comply to the cosmetics of standard of most of areas and countries.

We have did a lot in the R&D stage to get the clinical data to confirm our products is effective. 

3. Why your product is much expensive than XXX brand or XXX factory? 

First, our formula is unique, all of our products are developed by our company and we know the formula better than pure producer, and we will upgrade and adjust formula in time according to user's feedback.

And also, we provide complete supporting service, especially for business beginner, we could supply more supports in products, market positioning, low MOQ etc.

4. How you can guarantee product quality?

We have our own QA system and supply COA for all shipments.

5. Can you produce a new product according to our requests?

We are a R&D and manufacturing company, we accept new products researching and development, you just need to tell us your detailed requests, our R&D team will develop suitable products according to your requests to satisfy your marketting needs. And also, if you need to do some change based on our exsiting formula, such as increase or reduce effective ingredients, change flavor, add more function etc. We could do them all for you.
