When can I get the price?

What is the feature of these products?

It's water proof, rechargeable, control by remote, 16 colors flash, especially suitable for the hotel, bar, club etc.

Are your samples free or need cost?

It depends on the case.In general,it needs sample cost and freight collect.Pls informed that all spls cost and freight cost can be returned back to you after order placed. You’re welcomed to email us for checking.

Is there a warranty policy?

All LED products sold are covered by a 12 months warranty and commences from the purchase date on your invoice.

Why your price higher than other suppliers?

The product quality depends on the lighting effects, If you can compare with other products, you will find our lighting effects is more better than other suppliers, the light reaches the top of the product, which a lot of factory can't do .

How long can I expect to get the sample?

It will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you by express. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

What about the lead time for mass production?

Frankly speaking, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally, we suggest that you start inquiry 60 days before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

 Can you do the design for us?

Yes,we have a professional team having rich experience in molding design,lighting system developing and manufacturing.Please just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into a perfect item.

You can pay for the molding fee and own the mold by yourself or we can cooperate on the molding.
