Features

We selec the advanced gas meter which is independent designed and manufactured on our own as the base meter, with small size, light weight, large flow range, accurate measurement, high sensitivity, safety and reliability, long life and other advantages.

With part or a full set of core technologies of electronics and software, including a mature and stable software system that uses its own patented four-lane expressway off valves, advanced data security technology, exclusive read-write card technology, and advanced circuit board production control technology, reliability of the products are increased.

Perfect functions: anti-magnetic interference, traffic restrictions, and the valve will be off when counter stuck.

Convenient operation: powered by ordinary dry battery, with LCD display and query button and unique reminder of insufficient supply.

Basic functions:

Mechanical Counter Displays the Cumulative Gas Consumption: 00000.000m3 ~ 99999.999 m3

1. LCD Displays: margin counted by the meter, battery power, the cumulative gas consumption and other prompting messages.
Purchase Gas Reminder: When the remaining gas inside the meter is less than the set value (parameter can be set according to the user’s need), the buzzer will ring, at the same time, the liquid crystal will display "Insufficient Margin!” and remind the user to purchase gas and get recharged. When there is only 1 cubic meter left in the meter, there will be a reminder of auto-turning off valve, so the user has to press the button, so that the valve will open again for continuing use.
 2.  Battery-Powered: powered by 4 AA-size batteries, with duration of 1 to 2 years. When the battery is low, it will prompt to replac them, and the valve will be closed automatically when the power is down.
Under-voltage Reminder: When the battery is low, buzzer will ring, while LCD displays “change the battery”.
3. Under-voltage Control: When the battery is exhausted, the inside valves will shut down automatically.  After pressing the button LCD displays "change battery" in a dim background.
Anti-magnetic Protection: When the magnetic near the meter with attempt to interfere with the counting, the valves will automatically shut down and record data.
4.  Prepaid Control: When remaining gas inside the meter runs out, the valve closes automatically and stops the gas supply.

Extended Function

    1. Flow Restrictions:restrictions of the flow can be set according to the user’s needs; the valve will be automatically closed when the flow exceeds the set flow.
    2. Anti-Hoarding:You can set a maximum charge amount for the meter, when exceeded the meter will refused, so as to prevent hoarding.
    3. Protection for Long-term Non-use: Set the meter for shutting down the valve, when there has no consumption of the gas for a long time to avoid some incidents. 
    4. Off Valve When the Meter Stuck: We use the optional anti-stuck-meter components, when counter of row number is stuck, but movement runs with gas flows the valve will close for protection.
    5. Gas-Leaking Alarm: The valve will automatically turn off when the gas leakage alarms, so as to ensure safe.
    6. The Optional Anti-Reverse Mechanism: When the intake and outlet of the gas meter are reversed, the gas meter out of operation, to prevent gas-stealing, as well as to effectively prevent the water heater access to the outlet of the gas meter mistakenly, and to avoid high-pressure tap water into the gas meter and the gas pipeline.
   7. The Optional Anti-inversion Institutions: When the meter is tilted at any angle or installed inverted, the operation precision of the gas meter can automatically becomes positive difference to prevent gas-stealing when users tilt the meter.
