1.How to get a sample?
Sample order is acceptable. Pls contact with us and make sure what sample do you need.
2.Are you manufactor or trading?
We are trading company.But we have many long coorperate business factories, and we have all
kinds and newest products, there are more than 1000 kinds products for you chose.
3.Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, we need the customized products?
The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the faucet industry, with more than 5 to 10 years experience. Every year, we will launch 2 to 3 new series to keep out customers in a competitive stage. We can make customized products especially for you; please kindly contact us for more details.
4.Can your factory print our brand on the product?
Our factory can laser print customer’s logo on the product with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.
5.What about the leading time?
In general, the leading time is about 15 to 25 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different order quantity will have different leading time.Thanks for your kindly cooperation in advance.
6.How is your production management and quality control system?
FARLO develops process - oriented QMS to identify and meet needs of customer requirement and expectation in an effective and efficient manner to achieve competitive advantage. All our product process follows up ISO9001: income quality checking, in process quality checking, final product quality checking. The strict implementation of ISO9001 assures to provide error – free products to our customers. We will show you these in our workshop during your visiting.
