Simple test methods of shrinkage rate:  cut a pieces of film、  measure it size and put it into hot water at temperature between 90 to 100 degree、  take it out 1 minute later、  measure the size again、  then comparing the difference between the size and calculate the shrink ratio according to the size difference。
