air condition cover was made of aluminum sheet,  aluminum has the thickness which is 1mm to 10mm,  if the thickness is more deep, ac cover will be more heavy and the price is more higher, we always suggest our customer use 1.5mm thickness at least.

we have standard size for the 1hp, 1.5hp, 2hp air conditioner. of course, if you provide the size, we also can do it .

ng>3.  what is coating mean?ng>

Coating is a surface treatment.  that's powder coating, polyester, PVDF

powder coating is the cheapest, PVDF is more expensive.  PVDF coating can prevent the rain and wind, stay bright after years.

most is ok, except some pattern has not supported point.
