Product Support

Please understand before you buy:

1. Laser Engravers are not something every one can operate. The included software can be complicated for some people and all CO2 laser engravers can be dangerous unless properly used.

2. You must be willing to take the time needed to learn the software and the operation of the laser engraver. The time needed will vary greatly depending on your knowledge.

3. This Engraver does not work on windows XP PRO. It does work on all other windows version but we only give tech support on Windows XP Home. If you have something besides XP Home then we cannot give any tech support.

4. We offer basic support which only includes help to engrave text from the software that is included with the machine. The software is called Moshi. We do not support images or do any further support on this item. Everything you need to get started including the product manual is included with this item. Some installation and assembly required.

Warranty

1 years free warranty and life time free maintenance service. Wearable items are not covered under warranty. Wearable items include, but are not limited to; laser tubes, focal lens, reflection lens, light bulbs and fuses. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

Q: Are there any parts that need to be replaced or serviced?

A: The main parts that wear with use are the laser tube and laser lens.

Q: In the event that a part is known to wear out or break, do you sell replacement parts?

A: If the spare parts break during the guaranteed time, we will send the replacement parts free of charge. After the warranty time, we do sell these parts

Q:The specs mention that it is compatible with Windows 2000/XP. Will this unit work with Windows Vista or Windows 7?

    Do you have plans to upgrade the software for newer Windows versions?

A: The NewlyDraw program has had some issues with Windows XP Professional. We have found that this can be worked with by running the program in a   compatibility mode. The manual will provide all details and instructions on how to do this.
