The cryogenic liquid Oxygen/Nitrogen plant available indifferent sizes ranging from 50 m³/hr (70 liter/hour) to 500 m³/hr (700liters/hour) capacity. It is safe and efficient to operate and the oxygenconfirms to North American and European Pharma copia and standards. The outputof Liquid Oxygen can be stored in a liquid oxygen tank. Liquid Nitrogen can beavailable as a by product simultaneously up to 99.99% (PPM GRADE) purity. Theplant is extremely versatile and all the possible product variants are possibleyou can either take 100% Liquid oxygen out put or 50% Liquid oxygen outputdirectly into cylinders or 50% Liquid oxygen and 50% Liquid nitrogen.
Liquid Oxygen Generation Plants
STEP I:
Air is sucked by a multi stage air compressor and passed through thefollowing stages.
STEP II:
COMPRESSION OF AIR This is performed by the multistage highly efficient aircompressor.
STEP III:
PURIFICATION OF AIR This is performed by the Process Skid.
STEP IV:
COOLING & LIQUIFICATION OF AIR This is performed by a highly efficientexpansion engine and also by a refrigeration unit (for 100% liquid output).
STEP V:
AIR SEPARATION (RECTIFICATION) This is carried out by the special AIRSEPARATION UNIT consisting of upper column, lower column and specialexchangers. The separation air is by the CRYOGENIC PROCESS. The final productfrom a liquid Oxygen/Nitrogen goes to the storage tank.
STEP VI:
CRYOGENIC STORAGE TANKS Cryogenic Vessels are designed for storage andtransport of liquid gases at sub-zero temperatures. Manufacturing of suchcryogenic tanks requires special technical know how and sophisticatedfabrication techniques. We have developed the necessary technology and has beenmanufacturing cryogenic vessels.
