Valve Guide are made from grey cast iron alloy with high Phosphorous content to provide high wear resistance and improves working properties in poor lubrication conditions. Valve Guide are made to accurate dimension as per OE standards and the inner bore is also finished to Perfect size, not usually done by Competitors.
We manufacture Valve Guides using high quality Cast Iron by casting process. Due to this, we are able to assure the clients a highly reliable and economical range that is suited to be used in various applications in Automobile industry. We use centre-less grinding technology to product guides with extremely high surface finish and geometrical accuracy like roundness, taper, concentricity etc. All geometrical parameters are controlled strictly and controlled using roundness testers and other measuring instruments.
