1 structure

 Preparation 

Adjust the position of haul- off to the center of extrusion line。  、Djust 4 heights and horse to the 高さ of extrusion。

fIrst insure the voltage is the same as the voltage marked on nameplate、  then connect the electricity。

cOnnect the windpipe tie-i n of the input pipe to the air source by using the ・ldquo;1/2” soft pipe、  the air pressure shall not below 6 bar。

tHere is an windpipe tie-i n 、 which is used for supple gas for cutter、  at the end of the output pipe。

Adjust The pressure to 2.5 bar by using the トリプル-Connecting unit at the front of the device。  yOu can keep on adjusting the pressure at operating、  but insure that the pressure should be as low as possible to preventing influencIng the working。

tHe weight of the up caterpillar may cause the over- pressure when towing thin- wall pipe、  adjust the button for adjusting pressure to get the suitable pressure。

tHe clamp force can be adjusted by using the pressure-解除方法Ing valve、  yOu can keep on adjusting at operating、  but insure that the force should be as low as possible to preventing influencIng the working。

tUrn down the main switch and lock it dead before maintaining and repairing to preventing 勃

pRepare suitable tools

cLear the dust and lipiD of the machine before maintaining and repairing、  especially at the output and connection of power

 Pneumatic system

Filter the pressed gas by using the トリプル-コネクティング、  pneumatic unit to protecting gas valve and cylinder

cHeck the oil level regularly

sUpply enough oil- fog for gas circuit、  the grain of oil- fog is adjustable

bLow the filter net clearly by using pressed gas、  it is forbidden to use アセトン and impregnant of acetone

tHe water filter of the トリプル-コネクティング、  pneumatic unit is used for accumulating cooling water from pressed gas、  must clear the water in the filter( 警告:  the water may damage the gas valve and cylinder)

 lubricatイオン

(warning:  good lubricatIon can prolong the use life of the machine、  it exceed the range of responsibility for damage which is caused by not lubricatEd well)

It is no need to lubricating for the inner of chainwheel and ball 心棒S for supporting department 、  because they are sealed。

lUbricate the screws of height- adjust horse with the 潤滑剤 of mo dioxide。

sPray the 潤滑剤 of sulfureted mo at the クリアランス of the inner and outer of the chainplate、  one time a week at least

rEplace the Compression resistance lubricant of the gear box first after 500 operating hours、  replace a 第二 time after 2000 operating hours、  then one time after 5000 operating hours。  re-

lUbricate the 柱状 gear with the long use life lipid、  replace it after 2000 operating hours。  re- ブランド:  shell tivela compo and a。

rEplace the lubricating lipid if it seep out from shaft- connecting unit。  re- ブランド:  staburags nbv 12/300kp。

tHe life of chain is relevant to 潤滑 if you choose high 粘性た lubricating material、  do not let it seep to inner of chain。  私F you choose low viscid lubricant、  mineral oil、  machinery oil even gear box oil、  they must retain perfect 流動性 at whatever 状況.

uSe bush or fog- sprayer for adding lubricant、  if the speed of chain is no higher than 0.5m/min。

 Maintain daily

Clear the water from the pneumatic、  triple- connecting unit every day

cHeck out whether there is damage in 外観 of machine

 Maintain weekly

Clean the machine

Check whether all the screws and clamping devices are tight、  tweak them if they are loosen

Check out whether all the switches、  buttons、  jacks、  cables、  repair them if they are broken

Check out whether all the gas pipes and tie-i n are sealed or not

Check out the degree of 気密性 of each chain

Check out whether the rubber blocks are broken、  keep them clean

Clear the pneumatic triple- connecting unit and replace the refresh oil
